It took a year to read the Bible, then almost 9 months to read the Apocrypha. Now, I'm going to try to offer reflections on the Narrative Lectionary. But, I won't be posting daily--at least, for a while.

Sirach 29-31
Be generous when your neighbor is in need. Be quick to repay their generosity.
Be content with little or much.
Sira gives advice on raising children that doesn't suit our times very well.
