It took a year to read the Bible, then almost 9 months to read the Apocrypha. Now, I'm going to try to offer reflections on the Narrative Lectionary. But, I won't be posting daily--at least, for a while.

Lectio Divina June 2, 2008

I will make of you a great nation,
and I will bless you,
and make your name great,
so that you will be a blessing (Gen 12:2).

God loves righteousness and justice;
the earth is full of the steadfast love of the Lord (Ps 33:5).
