It took a year to read the Bible, then almost 9 months to read the Apocrypha. Now, I'm going to try to offer reflections on the Narrative Lectionary. But, I won't be posting daily--at least, for a while.

Lectio Divina May 28, 2008

For I am not ashamed of the gospel; it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who has faith, to the Jew first and also to the Greek (Rom 1:16).

Be still, and know that I am God!
I am exalted among the nations,
I am exalted in the earth (Ps 46:11).
